FANTASTIC! This is a BOX of 3 litres! (Equivilent to four bottles of wine!)

It’s a perfect table red with a mega-fruity nose. Ideal for pasta and charcuterie.

Super minimal tannins and a very easy going mouthfeel with nice acidity and freshness. Recommended for warm evenings when you don't want something too serious. Its a bit like an Italian Puszta Libre by Claus Preisinger actually.

Also available as a litre bottle.

This bag in box will last a VERY long time once opened in the fridge, 2-3 months for sure without any issues. We always have one at home - great for cooking without opening a bottle or grabbing a final glass for the night without needing to cracking anything new open.

NATURAL WINES BY CARUSSIN

Carussin is the family of Luigi Garberoglio, Bruna Ferro and their sons Luca and Matteo in Asti, Piedmont. As well as wine they brew beer and raise donkeys, which you will spot on some of the labels. Barbera is the main grape, with some Moscato, and the range goes from easy Asinoi and Completo, including big boxes, to serious Barbera d'Asti like La Tranquilla.
