Domaine Villet is a zero-zero natural wine producer based in Arbois, Jura - and you’ll even spot the town’s iconic tower on their classic labels.
The estate has been making wine since 1900 and has been chemical-free since 1987. Right now, son Natanaël Villet is running the show, following in the footsteps of his parents, Gérard and Christine, with the same focus and ambition for the domain.
They don’t use any sulphur in their wines, and while the prices have gone up a bit recently, the quality of these Jura wines is still top-notch. With 5.7 hectares of vines, they grow regional grapes like Savagnin, Chardonnay, Trousseau, Ploussard, and Pinot Noir. Some might think the labels are a bit old-school, but trust us, these wines are fantastic. Read more and check out our documentary on this amazing Jura domain!
