Bisou by Domaine Mosse is made in Loire with Grolleau, Pineau dAunis, Gamay, Cabernet Franc, Grolleau Gris and Malbec grapes.

How is Bisou made?

Bisou is Mosse's everyday red blend, built mostly on Grolleau Noir and Grolleau Gris with Gamay and Cabernet Franc. The grapes go through short carbonic macerations to keep the fruit bright without making it sweet, which is why it comes in light, at around 10.5 to 12%.

Domaine Mosse is run by brothers Sylvestre and Joseph Mosse, who took over from their parents Agnès and René in 2018. They work about 16 hectares in Anjou on slate and sandstone, everything is picked by hand, and sulphur is kept as low as possible.
