In-Fusion by Domaine Villet is made in the small town of Arbois, Jura which is also an AOP appellation. This special In-Fusion wine is quite unique. It's a Savagnin using the skins of the Savagnin grapes from 2021, but actually soaked in the 2020 vintage to restart the alcoholic fermentation.  So an orange wine. The label is totally different, and more modern looking with a back background and some hands.

Due to high demand and low stock, this wine is limited to one bottle per order.

WATCH OUR DOCUMENTARY ON DOMAINE VILLET HERE

The 5.7 hectares estate has been making wine naturally for a VERY long time, since the year 1900 and chemical free since 1987. Son Natanaël is now heading up the domain from his parents Gérard and Christine, and like them, he is very focused and ambitious in his vision for the domain.

A large portion of the wine bottles are bottled from repurposed Jura bottles they collect from restaurants and bars as part of their sustainability ethos.

Growing regional grapes Savagnin, Chardonnay, Trousseau, Ploussard and Pinot Noir, Domaine Villet wines are of really high quality, and whilst some may feel the labels are old-fashioned, trust us these wines are exceptional.

We ship every Wednesday. Order by Tuesday 10am.

NATURAL WINES BY DOMAINE VILLET

Domaine Villet is a zero-zero natural wine producer based in Arbois, Jura - and you’ll even spot the town’s iconic tower on their classic labels.
The estate has been making wine since 1900 and has been chemical-free since 1987. Right now, son Natanaël Villet is running the show, following in the footsteps of his parents, Gérard and Christine, with the same focus and ambition for the domain.
They don’t use any sulphur in their wines, and while the prices have gone up a bit recently, the quality of these Jura wines is still top-notch. With 5.7 hectares of vines, they grow regional grapes like Savagnin, Chardonnay, Trousseau, Ploussard, and Pinot Noir. Some might think the labels are a bit old-school, but trust us, these wines are fantastic. Read more and check out our documentary on this amazing Jura domain!
