Pif Purple 2023

Pif Purple 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Jules & Didier Grappe, in the Jura region in France. This red wine is made with Seyve Villard and Leon Millet grapes, as well as some Plantet (also a hybrid)

Whole-cluster maceration for 2 weeks, pressing, then 9 months of aging in tank., which are both hybrid grapes. Watch the clip in the slides (not below) to see Didier Grappe discuss his love for Hybrid grapes, a little ;)
