Spätburgunder, also known as Pinot Noir, is a highly esteemed wine grape that is grown in several important regions around the world. This grape it this format of name is primarily associated with Germany, where it is the most widely planted red grape variety.

Spätburgunder is known for producing elegant and complex wines with a wide range of flavors. It typically exhibits aromas of red fruits such as cherries and raspberries, as well as earthy and floral notes. The Spätburgunder wines from the Baden region are known for their rich and powerful character, while those from the Ahr region are more delicate and elegant.
