Morillon is simply the local name for the Chardonnay grape, in the Styrian region of Austria. Here, masters like Andreas Tscheppe, Werlitsch, Sepp Muster, Roland Tauss, Karl Schnabel and Strohmeier really showcase how vibrant and mineral driven the grape can be on their famed Opok soils.
