This natural Champagne producer has been making wine for 12 generations and is now run by siblings Benoît and Melanie Tarlant. Tarlant are known for their zero-dosage Champagnes made from expert blending of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier (as well as small amounts of Champagne's "forgotten"grapes" Pinot Blanc, Arbane, and Petit Meslier which you can try in their "BAM! Champagne") - all grown with a mix of chemical-free and chemical-free & holistic farming.
