Kamm ist ein Familienweingut, das jetzt von Eric Kamm in der Region Elsass geführt wird. Sie haben 6,5 Hektar Weinberge in der Nähe von Dambach-la-Ville, an den östlichen Hängen der Vogesen. Die Region ist bekannt für ihr besonderes Terroir, von dem die Weine auf dem Granitboden, auf dem die Reben wachsen, profitieren. Als Eric 2005 das Weingut übernahm, begann er, die Weinberge auf ökologischen Anbau umzustellen und sich von der Art der Weine zu entfernen, die sein Vater zuvor hergestellt hatte. Wir lieben ihren S-Nature, einen oxidativen Silvaner. Besonders respektiert werden sie für ihre aromatischen Gewürztraminer- und Riesling-Weine.
