Die Sakai Winery ist ein Produzent von Naturwein aus der Yamagata-Region in Japan. Wir bauen hauptsächlich Hybridtrauben an, wie es in Japan üblich ist, aufgrund der klimatischen Herausforderungen beim Anbau traditioneller Trauben, die in Europa häufiger vorkommen. Zu den gängigen Trauben gehören Muscat Bailey A, Kyoho, Shine Muscat, Lady Finger und Aki Queen, die für den Naturwein "BirdUp" verwendet werden.
