Serragghia Zibibbo 2022 MAGNUM

Serragghia Zibibbo is the most popular wine of Gabrio Bini, here as a magnum format. 

Gabrio Bini is a cult-favourite natural winemaker based on the island of Pantelleria, just off the coast of Sicily. His wines are aged in Amphora and left unfined and unfiltered, with no additions.

This Zibbibo wine is his most sought-after wine. It's not only aged in terracotta Amphora for seven months, but taken from 60 year old bush vines found up high on the island.

How does this taste? The 2020 was Insane. Perfection. Peach, white flowers, salt, herbs, mandarin.

Amazing. So on point!! Worth the money. 10/10 (2020 vintage, not tried 2022 yet but expect greatness)
