Martin Wörner, or Marto Wines, is one of the hottest names in Germany's natural wine scene. After learning the ropes with top producers like Matassa and Gut Oggau, Martin (or Marto, as most call him) brought his fresh approach back to his family winery in Rheinhessen and breathed new life into it.
Marto Wines is often regarded as one of the most influential producers in the German natural wine movement and has inspired a whole new wave of winemakers in the country. He’s also teamed up with Alanna Lagamba (known for her Frauenpower wines), who plays a role in the business.
