Patrick Bouju is a big name in the French natural wine world, and along with his partner Justine Loiseau, he tends to about 9 hectares of vines in Auvergne, France. Under the label "Domaine la Bohème," they also source grapes from other growers to create négoce wines, allowing them to expand their lineup beyond their own vineyards in wines like G&M, CC and Mol. This approach gives them room to experiment with lesser-known grape varieties like Mondeuse and Altesse.
