Kapitel I 2022

Kapitel I 2022 is a natural wine crafted by Christian Tschida, in the Burgenland region in Austria. This red wine is made with Cabernet Franc grapes, which unlike Himmel Auf Erden Weiss is grown around Christian's hometown of Illmitz, by the lake Neusiedl.

Here the soils are mostly gravel based alongside limestone and this 2022 vintage of his Kapitel 1 is 100% Cabernet Franc, whilst previous vintages have seen additions of Zweigelt.

Expect tangy green, slightly nice vegetal touches mingling alongside dark forest fruit and a spicy element to keep your tongue wanting another sip!
