女性ワイン生産者 Cati Ribot 2009年にマヨルカ島でワイン造りを始める。With very low intervention in the cellar and total care in the vineyard she is respected for crafting clean, fresh wines that have a strong sense of place.

Cati Ribot マヨルカ島の古い葡萄品種のみを使用する。カレット、フォゴニュー、プレンサル・ブラン、マルヴァジア、ゴルゴラッサ、エスカルサック、ジロ・ロズ、カレット・ネグレラなど、島民でさえ忘れてしまったような古い品種を使用している。
