Meinklang 農園は印象的で、非常に大規模な無農薬・無化学肥料農園である。 バイオダイナミック オーストリアのブルゲンランドにある自然派ワイン農園だ。アンジェリーナとヴェルナー・ミヒリッツ夫妻が率いるこの農園は、以下のような点で異彩を放っている。 Meinklang は、多くの農家が達成できないような大規模な農園で、どのようにしてこのような高品質の自然派ワインを造り出しているのかということだ。ヴァイサー・ミュラッツシャックのようなエントリー・レベルのワインは、手頃な価格の自然派ワインへの完璧な入り口であり、モルゲン、タッグ、アベンド、ナハトのような特別なワインは、彼らのワインにより特別な部分を示し、なおかつプラフタブルである。
Meinklang また、印象的な牧畜場も経営しており、パンの製造に加えて、ビールを製造し、家畜の餌となる穀物もたくさんある。彼らは本当にすべてをこなしている！
Meinklang stands for Biodiversity
Located along Lake Neusiedl on the border of Hungary (with vineyards on both sides), the estate grows typical Austrian varieties such as Grüner Veltliner, Grauburgunder, Blaufränkisch and Saint Laurent, as well as Hárslevelü and Juhfark on the Hungarian side. The Michlits really believe in the full circle of life within the vineyards, encouraging biodiversity with the cattle and sheep that fertilise the vines, grains, fruits and vegetables that are also grown there. And, of course, they use spontaneous fermentation, avoid fining, and use little-to-no sulphur.

Their entry level wines like Weisser Mulatschak (what we believe is one of the best value natural orange wines ever!) is a perfect gateway into their affordable natural range, while special wines like Graupert, Morgen, Tag, Abend, and Nacht show a more special part to their wines, yet still remaining playful.
