How does Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature by Moritz Kissinger taste?

This premium Sekt has a seriously acidic kick to it, so we would describe it as one for acid-lovers! If it was to be compared to a flavour profile, we would say it reminds us of a lemon-meringue pie, which a chalky element in it too. Lovely bubble structure, very refined like Champagne but again - more on the acid side of things than creamy.
