Chardonnay 2021

Chardonnay 2021 is a natural wine crafted by Le Glanon, in the Jura region in France. This white wine is made with Chardonnay grapes.

The Chardonnay grapes come from a 25-year old vineyard 250m above sea level, on iridescent marl. Pressed after few hours skin contact and fermentation in wooden vats, then aged for 12 months in foudre. Without filtration nor fining and without addition of SO2.
