BS 2023

BS 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Partida Creus, in the Catalonia region in Spain. This white wine is made with Sumoll grapes, in fact two different strands of it called Gra Gros and Sumoll de Grá Allarga. It is a blanc de noir, as the red grapes is used to make a white wine.

How is BS 'Blanc de Sumoll' by Partida Creus made?

These grapes are grown on clay calcareous soils and see a direct press of whole clusters, without seeing any skin contact making it a blanc de noir (a white wine from red grapes). The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness .
