BN 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Partida Creus, in the Catalonia region in Spain. This white wine is made with Macabeu and Cartoixa Vermell grapes, which is an offshot of Xarel-lo, just with a pinkish hue.

Here the grapes are vinified seperatly in stainless steel tanks and 300 L neutral casks. The wine is then blended and goes through 8 months in 300 L neutral barrels, plus 1 month in a Stainless Steel tank.

We have not yet tried it but expect it to be light, fresh and quaffable.
