Poil de Lievre 2023

Poil de Lievre 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Bobinet, in Saumur, in the Loire region in France. This easy-going white wine is made with Chenin Blanc grapes, and will work best after a quick caraffe.

Made with a variety of vines aged between 15-35 years old on limestone and clay soils, Poil de Lievre is vinified in stainless steel and sees no addition of SO2.

 
Expect notes of limes and rocks here, with a swift crisp mouthfeel. A true Summer smasher, Poil de Lieve will work great in the park but also for light seafood starters like Prawn Tartare.
