BS Blanc de Sumoll 2023

BS Blanc de Sumoll 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Partida Creus, in the Catalonia region in Spain. This white wine is made with Sumoll rapes, in fact two different strands of it called Grá Gros and Sumoll de Grá Allarga.

How is BS Blanc de Sumoll by Partida Creus made?

These grapes are grown on clay calcareous soils and see a direct press of whole clusters, without seeing any skin contact making it a blanc de noir (a white wine from red grapes). The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness.
