GB 2023

GB 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Partida Creus, in the Catalonia region in Spain. This white wine is made with 100% Grenache Blanc grapes grown on clay calcareous soils in the Baix Penedés sub region of Catalone.

How is GB by Partida Creus made?

After spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts within stainless steel tanks and 300 litre neutral casks., Garnatxa Blanca (the regional term for Grenache Blanc) continues aging at least 8 months on the lees in 300 L neutral barrels and stainless tanks without being topped up at all, plus 1 month in a Stainless Steel tank together before bottling.
