P Pinot Noir 2023

P Pinot Noir 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Patrick Bouju, in the Auvergne region in France. This red wine is made with Pinot Noir grapes, which unlike the Domaine wine "Cailloux" is sourced from their trusted neighbour. This vintage is a little bigger at 14% (which you don't feel) and has some lively, smooth tannins, touches of vanilla and forest fruits. Very delicious!
