Le Temps est Bon

Le Temps est Bon is a fun, Pet Nat wine crafted by Domaine Bobinet, in the Loire region in France - specificaly Saumur. This naturally sparkling wine is made with a blend Chenin Blanc and a dash of Grolleau Gris grapes.

Taken from 35 year old vineyards growing on a mix of limestone and clay, this wine is beautifully refreshing, with quite energetic bubbles that make it have a persistent bubble structure. Expect lovely mineralic, stoney vibes with touches of wet grass and citrus zest. This smasher may be fun, but its also somewhat elegant. WE LOVE IT!
