Les Gruches 2020

Les Gruches 2020 is a natural wine crafted by Domaine Bobinet, in Saumur, the Loire region in France. This white wine is made with Chenin Blanc grapes, and Les Gruches is more complex than Poil de Lievre, giving off wonderful notes on the nose of ginger biscuits, that is very inviting!

 Slightly vegetal in a lovely way, with complex pops of meadow flowers, vanilla and toffee.

Absolutely yummy and highly recommended!!!

As for the vinification, the grapes for this wine are taken from vines aged between 50-85 years old grown on limestone and clay soils, and the wine is left to mature on the lees for 24 months in 500l old oak barrels.
