Completo Bianco (1.5 litre Bagnum!)

Completo Bianco is a natural wine crafted by Carussin in the Piedmont region in Italy. 

This wine is made with 100% Moscato grapes, which here is supplied in a 1.5 litre bag, so essentially a Bagnum!

What are the benefits to wine in a bag?

The benefits to this are that you can keep it "open" for weeks, even months without it spoiling if kept in the fridge. We find it useful for cooking without needing to open a whole bottle, as well as for last glasses before bed when you don't want to open a new wine.

How does Completo Bianco by Carussin taste?

We loved this white! Refreshingly crisp with light meadow flower touches and soft aromatics - perfect for warm weather.
